如何要求删除您的资料
您可以随时要求我们删除您的个人资料，任选一种方式：
- 发电邮至 parckking518@gmail.com，标题写「删除我的资料」，并附上您注册时使用的手机号码
- 在 WhatsApp 上直接告诉我们
- 到门店告诉店员
为了保护您的账户，我们可能会先向您的手机号码发送验证码，确认是您本人提出的要求。
How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, by any of these means:
- Email parckking518@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include the mobile number you registered with
- Tell us on WhatsApp
- Tell our staff in store
To protect your account, we may send a verification code to your mobile number to confirm the request is from you.
我们会删除什么
确认后 21 天内，我们会删除或匿名化：姓名、手机号码、电邮、生日、地址、衣物照片、WhatsApp 往来记录及通知订阅。完成后会通知您。
依照法律，交易与会计记录须保留至少 7 年，这部分会以匿名方式保存，不再与您的身份关联。如您仍有未取的衣物或未用完的储值余额，我们会先与您确认处理方式。
What we delete
Within 21 days of confirmation, we will delete or anonymise your name, mobile number, email, birthday, addresses, garment photos, WhatsApp communications and notification subscriptions, and notify you when done.
Transaction and accounting records must be kept for at least 7 years by law; these are kept in anonymised form and no longer linked to you. If you have uncollected garments or remaining stored value, we will agree on how to handle them with you first.
