JingXi Care（以下称「我们」）是位于马来西亚吉隆坡的衣物护理门店，网站为 jingxi.city。我们依照马来西亚《2010 年个人资料保护法》（PDPA）处理您的个人资料。
1. Who we are
JingXi Care (“we”, “us”) is a garment care store in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, operating jingxi.city. We process your personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
2. 我们收集哪些资料
- 身份与联系资料：姓名、手机号码、电邮（选填）、性别与生日（选填）
- 取送衣地址
- 订单与衣物资料：衣物品类、洗护记录、收衣与问题部位照片
- 付款与会员资料：付款记录、会员等级、储值余额与优惠券使用记录
- 沟通记录：您与我们通过 WhatsApp、电话或电邮往来的消息
- 技术资料：登录会话、通知订阅（如您开启了网页通知）
2. What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, mobile number, email (optional), gender and birthday (optional)
- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Order and garment records: garment types, care history, intake photos
- Payment and membership records: payments, membership tier, stored-value balance, coupon usage
- Communications with us via WhatsApp, phone or email
- Technical data: login sessions and notification subscriptions (if enabled)
3. 我们如何使用这些资料
- 收衣、洗护、交付及售后处理
- 通过 WhatsApp、短信或网页通知告知订单进度、取衣提醒、预约确认
- 管理会员账户、储值与优惠
- 在您同意的前提下，发送优惠与活动消息（可随时退订）
- 遵守会计、税务等法律要求
3. How we use it
- To receive, clean, deliver your garments and handle after-sales issues
- To send order updates, pickup reminders and appointment confirmations via WhatsApp, SMS or web notifications
- To manage your membership account, stored value and coupons
- With your consent, to send promotions (you may opt out at any time)
- To comply with accounting, tax and other legal obligations
4. WhatsApp 消息
我们使用 Meta 提供的 WhatsApp Business 平台向您发送消息。发送时，您的手机号码与消息内容会经由 Meta 传递。我们只会在您留下号码并同意接收后发送消息。如不想再收到，可直接在 WhatsApp 回复告知我们，或发电邮至 parckking518@gmail.com。
4. WhatsApp messages
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to message you; your phone number and message content are transmitted through Meta. We only message you after you have provided your number and agreed to receive messages. To stop, reply on WhatsApp or email parckking518@gmail.com.
5. 资料分享
我们不会出售您的个人资料。仅在以下必要情况下与第三方分享：
- 为我们提供服务的供应商：网站与数据库托管（Vercel、Supabase，服务器位于新加坡）、WhatsApp（Meta）、支付服务商
- 法律要求时，向政府或执法机关提供
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: website and database hosting (Vercel, Supabase — servers in Singapore), WhatsApp (Meta), payment providers
- Government or law enforcement authorities where required by law
6. 保存期限与安全
我们在您的账户有效期间保存您的资料。交易与会计记录依法保存至少 7 年。资料经加密传输，只有获得授权的员工才能查看；所有敏感操作均有记录。
6. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. Transaction and accounting records are retained for at least 7 years as required by law. Data is encrypted in transit and accessible only to authorised staff; sensitive actions are logged.
7. 您的权利
您可以要求查阅、更正或删除您的个人资料，也可以撤回接收营销消息的同意。请发电邮至 parckking518@gmail.com，或在门店告诉我们。我们会在 21 天内回复。删除方式详见数据删除说明。
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to marketing messages. Email parckking518@gmail.com or tell us in store. We will respond within 21 days. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
